建筑业发展视阈下我国高职教育的成长追溯与演变刍议

Retrospect and Evolution of the Development of Higher Vocational Education in China from the Perspective of Construction Industry Development

建筑业在我国经济发展中占有重要地位,是高密度人群聚集体。建筑业由传统产业向装配制造业转型升级,对工人的文化和技能水平提出了更高的要求,有文化、懂技术、会操作的产业工人将逐步取代普通农民工成为发展趋势。高职院校作为"中国制造2025"的技能人才来源,是"大国工匠"的摇篮,肩负着时代发展的重要使命。文章首先从我国高职教育的发展历程入手,分析了恢复高考以来我国大专(高职)生源规模及质量的变化;然后从建筑业发展的趋势和对技能人才需求的角度进行阐述,探索我国建筑技能人才的来源及转变;最后对我国高职教育的现状进行评价,对高职教育所面临的困惑进行剖析。

the construction industry occupies an important position in China’s economic development, and is a highdensity crowd. The construction industry transforms from the traditional industry to the assembly and manufacturing industry, and puts forward higher requirements for the level of the workers’ cultural and skills. The industrial workers with culture, technology and operation will gradually replace the ordinary migrant workers and become the development trend. Higher vocational colleges, as the source of "Made in China 2025" skilled personnel, are the cradle of "great craftsmen" and shoulder the important mission of the development of the times. Starting with the development process of Higher Vocational Education in China, the article analyzes the changes in the scale and quality of college students(Higher Vocational) since the resumption of college entrance examination, and then expounds the trend of the development of the construction industry and the demand for skilled personnel to explore the source and transformation of our country’s architectural skill talents;finally, the higher vocational education in China is taught. The current situation of education is evaluated, and the puzzles faced by higher vocational education are analyzed.
