“城市双修”背景下的旧城街区住居环境改造策略——以湘潭市城正街为例

Strategies of Residential Environment Renovation in the Old Town Block Under the Background of “Urban Double Repair”——Take Chengzheng Street in Xiangtan City for Example

本文以湘潭市城正街为例,通过分析城正街区的住居环境存在的问题,提出旧城改造的原则,探讨城正街在改善住居环境、完善公共空间及梳理道路交通三个方面的改造策略。在改善住居环境方面提出依托现有肌理、进行空间梳理、解决住房条件;在完善公共空间方面提出考虑局部公共空间与整体空间的关系、完善公共服务设施以及完善配套基础设施;在梳理道路交通方面提出了完善交通系统、合理组织交通以及多途径建立停车系统。

Taking Chengzheng Street of Xiangtan City as an example, this paper analyses the problems existing in the residential environment of Chengzheng Street, puts forward the principles of urban renewal, and explores the strategies of urban renewal in three aspects: improving residential environment, improving public space and combing road traffic. In terms of improving living environment, it puts forward relying on existing texture, combing space and solving housing conditions;in terms of improving public space, it puts forward considering the relationship between local public space and overall space, improving public service facilities and supporting infrastructure;and in terms of combing road traffic, it puts forward improving transportation system and integration. Organize transportation and establish parking system.
