2018年我国期刊业依然处于转型发展的新阶段,整体上具有期刊出版总量下降、品种增加,纸质期刊与数字期刊价格双向变动,期刊政策大好、扶持力度加大,顺承改革开放、彰显时代特色等特点。同时,在"直播+移动课堂",有声期刊发展,借力AR、VR技术融合开发等方面,呈现出传统期刊与新媒体融合发展的新景观;科技期刊不断深化改革,核心竞争力提升;学术期刊国际影响力扩大;如何在融合发展中追求创新、进一步加强学术规范意识和有效提升编辑力等方面带给我们新的思考。

In 2018, China’s journal industry is still in a new stage of transformation and development. As a whole, the total number of journals has declined but higher variety is a new trend. The price of print journals and digital journals has changed in opposite directions and the relevant policies have supported the development of the industry. At the same time, the emergence of "live+mobile classroom", the continuous popularity of audio journals, and the usage of AR and VR technology present a new landscape of the integration of traditional journals and new media. Sci-tech journals continue to deepen reform and improve core competitiveness. In the meanwhile, the international influence of academic journals has expanded. How to pursue innovation during the integration and further strengthening the awareness of academic norms and how to effectively improve editors’ capacity building have brought us new thinking.
