摘要
文章以社会交换理论和社会认同理论为基础,选择服务型企业员工与所属领导为研究对象,构建结构方程模型以分析269套上下级配对数据,探索责任型领导对服务型企业员工创新行为的影响机制,重点分析组织认同的中介作用以及权力距离的调节作用。结果表明:责任型领导对服务型企业员工创新行为具有显著的正向影响;组织认同在责任型领导与员工创新行为之间起到部分中介作用;权力距离负向调节责任型领导与员工创新行为的关系。
On the basis of social exchange theory and social identity theory,this paper chooses employees and leaders of service-oriented enterprises as the research objects,and constructs structural equation model to analyze 269 pairs of data of superior and subordinate.This paper explores the influence mechanism of responsible leadership on employees’innovative behavior in service-oriented enterprises,focusing on the intermediary role of organizational identity and the moderating role of power distance.The results show that responsible leadership has a significant positive impact on employees’innovative behavior in service-oriented enterprises;organizational identity plays a part of intermediary role between responsible leadership and employees’innovative behavior;power distance negatively regulates the relationship between responsible leadership and employees’innovative behavior.
