类姜黄素化合物的合成和药理活性的研究进展

Progress in the study of Synthesis and pharmacological activity of Curcuminoids

姜黄素是一种具有二苯烯酮结构的类黄酮类化合物,是姜黄属植物姜黄发挥其药理活性的重要组成部分,是目前备受关注的天然多靶点药物之一。本文整理了国内外有于姜黄素的报道,对姜黄素的合成方法、药理作用做了相应论述。姜黄素有很多的药理作用,如抗炎作用、抗微生物作用、抗肿瘤作用、抗氧化作用等。本文结合了国内外的文献,对类姜黄素的合成及药理活性方面做了较全面的介绍,为该类物质今后进一步研究作为参考。

Curcumin is a kind of flavonoids with diphenylenone structure. Curcumin is an important component of turmeric to exert its pharmacological activity. Curcumin is one of the most concerned natural multi-target drugs.This paper deals with the reports of curcumin at home and abroad, and discusses the pharmacological action, synthesis method and extraction separation of curcumin.Curcumin has many pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and so on.Some synthetic methods and extraction and separation methods of curcumin were summarized.The pharmacological action and synthetic method of curcumin are introduced in this paper, which is a reference for further study of curcumin in the future.
