经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的价值分析

The value analysis of percutaneous interforaminal lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:分析经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用价值。方法:研究对象为80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组行常规椎板开窗腰椎间盘切除术,观察组行经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术。分析比较两组切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间、术后总有效率以及疼痛VAS评分。结果:观察组的切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间、术后总有效率以及疼痛VAS评分等各项指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To analyze the application value of percutaneous interforaminal lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group underwent routine laminectomy and the observation group underwent percutaneous interforaminal lumbar discectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared by analyzing their incision length,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,total postoperative efficiency and pain VAS score.Results:The length of incision,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,total postoperative efficiency and pain VAS score of the observation group were all significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous interforaminal lumbar discectomy has higher value in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
