CO2点阵激光联合黄连润肌膏和复方氟米松治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

Efficacy observation of super pulsed CO_2 lattice laser combined with Huang Lian Run Ji Gao Ointmentin and compound Flumetasone in the treatment of chronic eczema

目的:观察运用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:86例慢性湿疹患者随机分组,其中治疗组43例,对照组43例;治疗组应用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合黄连润肌膏和复方氟米松治疗;对照组用黄连润肌膏和复方氟米松治疗,疗程结束后比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率83.72%,明显高于对照组的51.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵激光治疗慢性湿疹疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of super pulsed CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:86 chronic eczema patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,43 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with super pulsed CO2 lattice laser combined with Huang Lian Run Ji Gao Ointment and compound Flumetasone,and the control group was treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Huang Lian Run Ji Gao Ointment.The efficacy of the two groups were observed after the treatment.Results:The efficient rate for the treatment group was 83.72%,significantly higher than 51.16% of the control group with the statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using super pulsed CO2 lattice laser to treat chronic eczema has a better clinical efficacy with lower adverse reactions rate.
