纤维支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的效果观察

Observation on the effect of fiber supported laryngoscope and fiber laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of vocal cord polyps

目的:探讨纤维支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜手术在声带息肉治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择声带息肉患者94例,将其按随机对照原则分为两组,各47例。对照组实行纤维喉镜手术治疗,观察组实行纤维支撑喉镜手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、噪音学指标及并发症情况。结果:观察组总有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(80.85%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组Jitter、shimmer、NNE指标均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率比较(8.51%比36.17%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支撑喉镜手术治疗效果优于纤维喉镜手术,能更有效改善患者噪音声学参数,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of fiber supported laryngoscopy and fiber laryngoscopy in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods:94 patients with vocal cord polyps were randomly divided into two groups,each with 47 cases.The control group was treated with fiber laryngoscope surgery,while the observation group was treated with fiber supported laryngoscope surgery.The clinical efficacy,noise indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,higher than that of the control group(80.85%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Jitter,shimmer,NNE of two group were superior to before the treatment,also the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After the operation,the complication were 8.51% and 36.17% in the observation group and the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiber supported laryngoscopy is superior to fiber laryngoscopy in the treatment of patients with noise acoustic parameters,reduce the incidence of complications.
