探析现代居住行为对室内空间布局的影响

时代的发展带动了社会的变革,引起人们居住行为的变化。众所周知,环境影响行为,改变传统室内空间布局提高生活质量成为当前人们的必然选择。在新时代背景下,尤其北上广等一线城市,由于房价的攀升、地价的上涨,小户型住宅空间成为消费者购房首选。因此,作者提出了要根据人的个性需求将空间功能复合化以减少对空间的浪费,提高有效空间面积的利用率。文章结合生活实例对现代居住行为对室内空间布局的影响进行合理分析,进一步探讨小户型空间布局处理方式,以供参考。

The development of the times has led to social changes and changes in people’s living behavior. As we all know, environmental impact behavior, changing the traditional layout of indoor space and improving the quality of life have become the inevitable choice of current people. In the context of the new era, especially in the first-tier cities such as Beijing, due to the rise of house prices and land prices, small apartment space has become the first choice for consumers to buy houses. Therefore, the author proposes that we should compound the spatial functions according to the individual needs to reduce the waste of space and improve the utilization rate of the effective space area. Based on living examples, this paper makes a reasonable analysis of the impact of modern residential behavior on the layout of indoor space, and further explores how to deal with the layout of small apartments for reference.
