摘要 [目的]制备酮康唑聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒并对其进行表征.[方法]采用界面缩聚法制备酮康唑聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒,以包封率或成型性为评价指标,通过单因素试验和正交设计试验优化制备工艺,并对所制备的纳米粒进行表征.[结果]按照最佳制备工艺制备的酮康唑聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒在透射电子显微镜下呈圆整的球形,无黏连,平均粒径为68.7 nm,多分散系数为0.032 1,Zeta电位为-32.76 mV,平均包封率为78.85%.[结论]用本处方工艺制备酮康唑聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒稳定、可行. OBJECTIVE To prepare and characterize ketoconazole polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles. METHODS The ketoconazole polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles were prepared by interfacial polymerization method. The encapsulation efficiency or formability was used as the evaluation index. The preparation process was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal design test, and the prepared nanoparticles were characterized. RESULTS The ketoconazole polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles prepared according to the best preparation process were round and spherical without adhesion under the transmission electron microscope with an average particle size of 68.7 nm, and the polydispersity index was 0.032 1, the zeta potential was-32.76 mV and the average encapsulation efficiency was 78.85%. CONCLUSION The optimized preparing technology of ketoconazole polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles was stable and feasible.
