摘要
[背景]观察新型镍钛锉系统TF Adaptive在磨牙根管治疗术中的临床效果.[病例报告]选择2017年6月至2018年11月间行磨牙根管治疗的50例(50颗牙),随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各为25例.试验组使用新型镍钛锉器械TF Adaptive进行根管预备,采用连续波热牙胶充填技术进行根管充填;对照组使用手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,冷牙胶侧方加压法进行根管充填.比较两组根管预备平均操作时间、根管充填效果及术后3个月时的疗效.结果见,与对照组比较,试验组器械根管预备平均操作时间明显缩短(P<0.05),根管充填效果恰充率及术后3个月时的治疗有效率均明显升高(P<0.05).[讨论]使用TF Adaptive镍钛预备系统进行磨牙根管预备用时短,结合连续波热牙胶充填技术进行根管充填可提高根管疗效.
BACKGROUND To observe the clinical effects of new nickel-titanium file systems TF Adaptive in root canal treatment of molars. CASE REPORTS 50 cases(50 teeth) of molars treated with root canal between June 2017 and November 2018 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 25 cases in each group. A new Ni-Ti file TF Adaptive instrument was used for root canal preparation in the experimental group, then warm gutta percha condensation technology was used for root canal filling. While hand stainless steel K-file was used for root canal preparation in the control group, then cold gutta percha condensation technology was used for root canal filling. The average operation time of root canal preparation, the effect of root canal filling and the curative effect at 3 months postoperatively were compared between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the average operating time of instrument root canal preparation in the experimental group was significantly shortened, the effective rate of root canal filling and the effective rate of treatment at 3 months after operation were significantly increased(P<0.05). DISCUSSION TF Adaptive nickel-titanium preparation system for root canal preparation of molar needed short time, and warm gutta percha condensation technology for root canal filling could enhance the root canal curative effect.
