香砂养胃汤治疗少阴人功能性消化不良112例临床观察

Clinical observation of Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction on 112 cases of Shaoyin person with functional dyspepsia

[背景]观察香砂养胃汤治疗少阴人功能性消化不良的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择朝医辨象为少阴人体质的功能性消化不良患者112例作为治疗组,同时选择76例功能性消化不良患者为对照组.治疗组给予香砂养胃汤治疗,对照组给予吗丁啉治疗.两组疗程均为4周.治疗组临床症状明显改善,总有效率为93.8%,明显优于对照组的71.1%(P<0.01).[讨论]香砂养胃汤治疗少阴人功能性消化不良疗效较好.

BACKGROUND To observe the clinical effects of Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction on Shaoyin person with functional dyspepsia.CASE REPORTS 112 patients with functional dyspepsia who were diagnosed as Shaoyin person were selected as treatment group,while 76 patients with functional dyspepsia were selected as control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction and the patients in the control group were treated with domperidone.The course of treatment in both groups was 4weeks.Clinical symptoms were significantly improved in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.8%,which was clearly superior to the control group of 71.1%(P <0.01).DISCUSSION The curative effect of Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction on the functional dyspepsia of Shaoyin people was better.
