一种远程爬架组监测系统设计

摘要 针对传统爬架控制系统无法远程监测爬架运行状态的缺陷,设计了一种基于CAN总线和WiFi通信的远程爬架组监测系统。该系统分为爬架控制系统、CAN网关、服务器和客户端四个部分。首先给出了系统的总体架构,然后分别对CAN网关软硬件设计、服务器和客户端软件设计进行了详细的描述。测试结果表明,该系统运行可靠,能满足实时监测爬架运行状态的需求,提高了爬架运行的安全性。 Aiming at the defect that the traditional climbing frame control system cant remotely monitor the running state of the climbing frame,a remote climbing frame monitoring system based on CAN bus and WiFi communication is designed.The system is divided into four parts:the climbing frame control system,the CAN gateway,the server and the client.Firstly,the overall architecture of the system is given,and then the CAN gateway hardware and software design,server and client software design are described in detail.The test results show that the system is reliable in operation, can meet the needs of real -time monitoring of the running state of the climbing frame,and improves the safety of the climbing frame operation.
