预测控制技术用于燃煤锅炉再热汽温控制的研究 被引量:1

摘要 大型燃煤锅炉的再热汽温是机组安全和经济运行的重要过程参数。针对电厂再热汽温对象大惯性、大时滞的特点,提出基于输出预测的PID控制算法和D步超前预测算法进行预测控制。以600 MW亚临界燃煤机组再热汽温控制为研究对象,仿真结果表明预测控制技术可以克服大迟延对控制系统的影响,有效改善系统的控制品质,提高鲁棒性。 The reheat steam temperature is an important parameter for the safe and economic operation of large coal-fired boilers.Aiming at the characteristics of large inertia and time delay of reheating steam temperature object in power plants,PID control algorithm based on output prediction and D step forward prediction algorithm are proposed for predictive control.Simulation results show that the predictive control technology can overcome the influence of large delay on the control system,effectively improve the control quality and enhance the robustness.
