摘要
超(特)高压交流断路器本体三相不一致保护的可靠性直接关系到特高压电力系统运行安全。对扎鲁特—青州±800 kV特高压直流工程广固换流站交流断路器本体三相不一致保护回路进行分析,发现设备存在出口继电器两侧直接带电、继电器参数不符要求问题,存在误动并导致断路器跳闸的风险。结合国家电网有限公司反措要求,提出断路器本体三相不一致回路优化改进方案,并在实际应用中得到验证。
The reliability of the three-phase inconsistent protection of EHV and UHVAC circuit breaker is directly related with the operation safety of the ultra-high voltage power system.In this paper,a comprehensive inspection is conducted for the three-phase inconsistent protection circuit of EHV and UHVAC circuit breakers of Guanggu station in ±800kV UHVDC transmission project from Zhalute to Qingzhou.Two main problems that both sides of the export relay are charged and that parameters of the export and time relays cannot meet the requirement are presented in the EHV and UHVAC circuit breakers of three manufacturers.These two problems may cause relay malfunction and circuit breaker tripping.In this paper,according to the countermeasure requirements of the State Grid,the optimization and improvement solutions of three-phase inconsistent circuit of circuit breaker are put forward,implemented,and verified in application.
