冬季奥林匹克运动作为奥林匹克运动的重要组成部分,它与奥林匹克运动同样是由思想、组织、活动三大体系所构成。以体育可持续发展系统理论为切入点,把可持续理念置入三大体系的维度中探讨,研究结果表明:可持续发展是一个复杂的系统,冬季奥林匹克运动三大体系各司其职,贯彻可持续理念进行发展建构。思想体系应强调进一步践行奥林匹克主义,吸纳东方思想,强化公平公正;组织体系在确保独立性的基础上,提升其透明度;活动体系则更加强调与环境的和谐互动和"以人为本"的人文教育价值。冬季奥林匹克三大体系的可持续发展是在保证奥林匹克主义基本精神的前提下,针对冬季运动项目的独特性,创造出属于自己的发展之路,它是未来奥林匹克运动可持续发展的重要组成部分。研究冬季奥林匹克三大体系的可持续发展对北京2022年冬季奥运会的筹办也具有一定的参考价值。

As an important part of the Olympic Movement,the Winter Olympic Movement is composed of three systems: thought,organization and activity. By taking the theory of sustainable development system as the starting point and putting the concept of sustainability into the dimensions of the three major systems,the study showed that sustainable development is a complex system. The three major systems of the Winter Olympic Movement perform their respective functions and carry out the concept of sustainable development. The ideological system should emphasize the further practice of Olympic spirit and the absorption of eastern thought,and strengthen the fairness and justice. The organizational system should improve organizational transparency on the basis of ensuring independence. The activity system should put more attention to the harmonious interaction with the environment and the humanist education value of people oriented. The sustainable development of three systems of Winter Olympics creates its own way of development on the premise of guaranteeing the basic spirit of Olympism and aiming at the uniqueness of winter sports;it is an important part of the sustainable development of the future Olympic Games.This study on the sustainable development of the three systems of Winter Olympics is also of certain reference value for the preparation of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
