摘要
采用文献资料调研、访谈等方法探讨了体育教师专业发展的现实状态及愿景。研究认为,专业性是体育教师专业发展的根本动力和内在根据,但在提升体育教师专业性的过程中却存在着"标准本位"失缺了体育教师的生命完整性,技术理性泯灭了体育教师的生命创造性,"被动发展"遮蔽了体育教师的生命主体性,专业生活降低了体育教师的生命质量等现实问题。从问题出发,寻求由外部促进式体育教师专业发展路径转向内生式体育教师专业发展文化,确立"生命自觉"的核心价值观,立足"3个关注"来建构良性的教师专业发展愿景成为体育教师专业发展的长远观照,旨在促成体育教师专业发展处于"实践——反思——合作——发展——再实践——再反思——再合作——形成个性"的螺旋式上升的过程之中。
This study explored the professional development of PE teachers and realistic vision by the methods of literature review and interview. The results showed that professionalism is the fundamental motive force and internal basis for the professional development of PE teachers. However,in the process of promoting the professionalism of PE teachers,there are some practical problems,such as"standard"missing the life integrity of PE teachers,technical rationality losing their life creativity,passive development obscuring the life subjectivity of PE teachers,and professional life reducing the quality of life of PE teachers. From the point of view of the problem,we should seek to change the path of professional development from external promotion to endogenous development culture of physical education teachers,establish the core values of"life consciousness"and base on "three concerns",so as to construct a benign vision of professional development of teachers;which has also become a longterm view of the professional development of physical education teachers. The purpose is to promote the professional development of PE teachers in the spiral process of"practice-reflection-cooperation-development-practice-reflection-cooperation-personality formation".
