高温低浓度瓜胶压裂体系研究

摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地砂岩气藏具有高温低渗透的特点,使用普通瓜胶体系用量大、水不溶物质多、容易对地层造成伤害。针对此问题,开展了羧甲基羟丙基瓜胶压裂液体系的研究,试验结果表明,该压裂液体系耐温,抗剪切性能良好,稠化剂用量少,150℃下0. 4%羧甲基羟丙基瓜胶170 s-1下剪切60 min,黏度任可达80 m Pa·s;较羟丙基瓜胶压裂液水不溶物低、易破胶,残渣量少,可满足压裂施工的需求。 Sandstone gas reservoirs in Ordos Basin are characterized by high temperature and low permeability,and are easy to be damaged because of the large amount of guar gum and water insoluble substances. To solve this problem,the carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid system was studied. The experimental results showed that the fracturing fluid system had good temperature resistance,good shear resistance and less thickening agent. The viscosity of the system could reach 80 m Pa·s of 0. 4% carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar gum at 150 ℃ and 170 s^-1 shear rate for 60 min. Low dissolved matter,easy to break glue,less residue,meet the needs of fracturing construction.
