An Analysis of the Ghost Festival Culture of the Chinese Lunar Calendar in July

探讨澳门农历七月鬼节文化的影响,以及对人们内心想法的分析。在回顾许多的文献后,可以发现大多数研究是关于我国内陆地区鬼节文化与中西方鬼节文化的差异性,但对于澳门这个有着中西文化交汇的城市,其富含相当独特的文化结构。农历七月鬼节,是我国传统节日之一。通过访谈的方式,发现澳门人深受鬼节文化的影响,同时又表现出一定程度受到西方文化的影响。

This paper discusses the influence of the Ghost Festival culture in the lunar calendar in Macao and the analysis of people’s inner thoughts. After reviewing many of the literatures, we can find that most of the research is about the difference between the Ghost Festival culture in China’s inland areas and the Chinese and Western Ghost Festival culture, but for Macao, a city with a convergence of Chinese and Western cultures, it is rich in quite unique cultural structures.. The Lunar New Year’s Ghost Festival is one of the traditional festivals in China.Through interviews, it was discovered that Macao people were deeply influenced by the ghost culture and at the same time showed a certain degree of influence by Western culture.
