北京市22家医院糖尿病相关不合理处方分析

Analysis of irrational diabetes prescriptions in 22 hospitals in Beijing

目的:对北京市22家医院糖尿病相关不合理处方进行分析,探讨不合理处方的原因并提出解决办法。方法:抽取2017年6月5日—9日北京市22家医院全部门急诊处方作为调查资料。统计糖尿病相关不合理处方数及占比、不合理处方类型占比,分析糖尿病相关不合理处方的主要问题和次要问题,筛选不合理处方数较多的药物。结果:共纳入处方440 090张,糖尿病相关不合理处方数665张(2.0%);处方不合理的主要问题类型为用法用量不合理(394张,59.20%)和适应证不合理(219张,32.90%),有禁忌证用药的不合理问题较少(46张,6.90%)。结论:应针对处方点评工作中发现的不合理处方的问题,及时形成报告并反馈给医师,以提高处方的质量和促进药物的合理使用。

Objective To analyze the irrational prescriptions related to diabetes in 22 hospitals in Beijing,and explore the causes of the unreasonable prescriptions as well as propose some solutions.Methods All the prescriptions of outpatients and emergency patients were collected from June 5 to June 9,2017 in 22 hospitals in Beijing.The number and proportion of unreasonable prescriptions related to diabetes mellitus,unreasonable prescription types were counted.The major and minor problems of unreasonable prescriptions related to diabetes mellitus were analyzed.The drugs with most unreasonable prescriptions were collected.Results A total of 440 090 prescriptions were enrolled,of which 665(2.0%) unreasonable prescriptions related to diabetes mellitus were found.The main types of unreasonable prescriptions were unreasonable usage and dosage(394 prescriptions,59.2%) and unreasonable indications(219 prescriptions,32.9%).There were fewer unreasonable problems in the use of contraindications(46 prescriptions,6.9%). Conclusion In order to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs,a timely report should be made and fed back to doctors in view of the problems found in the evaluation of prescriptions.
