高栏港经济区2017年居民死因分析

Analysis on death causes of residents in Gaolan Port area in 2017

目的目前各地区十分重视人口死亡原因和死亡水平信息,国内外关于死因分析的研究报道也不少,但有关高栏港经济区的研究鲜见报道。本研究通过分析高栏港经济区人口死亡资料,掌握人口的死亡原因和死亡水平,为制定相应的疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法死亡资料来源于2017-01-01-2017-12-31高栏港经济区全年人口死亡信息登记管理系统的死因监测数据。人口学资料来源于高栏港经济区人口信息管理系统。应用Excel 2010和SPSS 20.0对常住人口死亡监测数据的死亡率、构成比及死因顺位等相关指标进行统计分析。结果 2017年高栏港经济区受监测人口116 277人,男性65 591人,女性50 686人。2017年高栏港经济区居民的死亡人数为415人,粗死亡率为356.91/10万,标化死亡率为453.93/10万。其中,男性粗死亡率为385.72/10万,标化死亡率为520.09/10万;女性粗死亡率为319.61/10万,标化死亡率为376.75/10万。三大类死因中,慢性非传染性疾病(简称慢性病)占总死亡比例最高,为83.13%,死亡率为296.71/10万。死因顺位前5位分别为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒外部原因、呼吸系统疾病及流行性感冒和肺炎。潜在减寿年数前5位的死因分别为恶性肿瘤、伤害、心脏病、脑血管疾病及流行性感冒和肺炎。结论慢性病已成为高栏港经济区居民死亡的主要原因,应采取有效的干预措施以消除慢性病发病危险因素,降低慢性病的发病率和死亡率。

OBJECTIVE Today,many regions pay great attention to the causes of death and death levels of the population.There are many reports on the cause of death analysis at home and abroad,but there are few reports in the area.Through the analysis on the death data of local populations,the study aims to master the causes of death and the level of death of the population,and to provide a basis for the government to formulate corresponding disease prevention and control strategies.METHODS The death data is derived from the death cause monitoring data from January 1to December31 in 2017Gaolan Port Economic Zone Annual Population Death Information Registration Management System.Demographic data is derived from the population information management system of the Gaolan Port Economic Zone.Use software Excel 2010 and SPSS 20.0to analyze the mortality,composition ratio and cause of death of the resident population death monitoring data.RESULTS There were totally 415 death cases in 2017.The annual crude mortality rate was356.91/100 000.The standardized mortality rate was 453.93/100 000,about 385.72/100 000 of male and 319.61/100 000 of female.And the standardized mortality rate was 520.09/100 000 of male and 376.75/100 000 of female.Among the three major causes of death,chronic non-communicable diseases(referred to as chronic disease)accounted for the highest proportion of total deaths,83.13%,and the mortality rate was 296.71/100 000.The top five causes of death were circulatory diseases,malignant tumors,external causes of injury and poisoning,respiratory diseases,influenza and pneumonia.The leading five death causes for potential years of life lost were cancer,injury,heart diseases,cerebral vascular diseases,influenza and pneumonia.CONCLUSIONS Chronic non-communicable diseases have become the leading cause of death among local residents.Effective interventions should be taken to eliminate the risk factors of chronic diseases and reduce the incidence rate and mortality of chronic diseases.
