卡维地洛联合尼可地尔治疗冠心病并心肌缺血的临床疗效及其对患者左心功能的影响

Clinical effect of carvedilol combined with nicorandil in treating coronary heart disease complicated myocardial ischemia and the impact on left ventricular function of patients

目的探讨卡维地洛联合尼可地尔治疗冠心病并心肌缺血的临床疗效及其对患者左心功能的影响。方法选取丰城市人民医院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的冠心病并心肌缺血患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用卡维地洛治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合尼可地尔治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后左心室指标[室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVSD)、左心室后壁舒张末期厚度(LVPWD)、舒张早期左房室瓣前叶峰值流速(E峰)、舒张晚期左房室瓣前叶峰值流速(A峰)及E/A]。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者IVSD、LVPWD、E峰、A峰及E/A比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者IVSD、LVPWD、A峰小于对照组,E峰、E/A大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合尼可地尔治疗冠心病并心肌缺血的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,提高左心室功能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of carvedilol combined with nicorandil in treating coronary heart disease complicated myocardial ischemia and the impact on left ventricular function of patients.Methods A total of 100 cases of coronary heart disease complicated myocardial ischemia patients were selected from January 2015 to January 2018 in Fengcheng City People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carvedilol,observation group was treated with nicorandil based on control group.The clinical effect and left ventricular indexes(IVSD,LVPWD,E peak,A peak,E/A) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences of IVSD,LVPWD,E peak,A peak or E/A was found between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of IVSD,LVPWD and A peak were small than control group,E peak,E/A were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol combined with nicorandil have an exact clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease complicated myocardial ischemia,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,promote left ventricular function.
