生血宁联合促红细胞生成素治疗维持性血液透析并肾性贫血临床疗效的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the clinical effect of Shengxuening tablet combined with erythropoietin for maintenance hemodialysis with renal anemia

目的评价生血宁联合促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗维持性血液透析并肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法采用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed,EMBase等数据库筛选有关生血宁联合EPO治疗维持性血液透析并肾性贫血的临床疗效的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为建库至2017年12月,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8篇文献,包括450例患者,Meta分析结果显示,治疗后观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平及总有效率高于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血细胞比容(Hct)水平、显效率、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生血宁联合EPO治疗维持性血液透析并肾性贫血的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的贫血状态及铁代谢,减轻氧化应激反应,且安全性较高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Shengxuening(SXN) tablet combined with erythropoietin(EPO) for maintenance hemodialysis with renal anemia.Methods CNKI,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBase were searched by computer to collect RCTs investigating the clinical efficacy of SXN tablet combined with EPO for maintenance hemodialysis with renal anemia,from the inception to December 2017.RevMan 5.3 software was used to carry out the Metaanalysis.Results A total of 8 literatures were involved,included 450 cases of patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the observation group of hemoglobin(Hb),transferrin saturation(TSAT),serum ferritin(SF)levels and the total effective rate were higher than control group,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was lower than control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences of hematocrit(Hct)levels,effective rate or the incidence rate of side effect was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion SXN combined with EPO have an exactly clinical effect for maintenance hemodialysis with renal anemia,it can improve renal anemia status,promote iron metabolism,reduce oxidative stress,and with high safety.
