摘要
目的:研究泡桐花、乌梅联合在体外抗金黄色葡萄球菌的效果.方法:采用钢管法和试管微量肉汤稀释法测定乌梅水煎剂1~5g/ml;泡桐花水煎剂1-5g/ml以及两种水煎剂同比例,同浓度混合液对金黄色葡萄球菌的敏感度,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)的研究.结果:乌梅和泡桐两种中药在1~5g/mL浓度中随着浓度的增长,抑菌环也增大.乌梅的抑菌效果比泡桐花强,泡桐1~2g/ml表现为耐药,3~5g/mL表现为中度敏感;乌梅1~2g/mL表现为中度敏感,3-5g/mL表现为高度敏感.11混合药液的效果介于乌梅和泡桐之间.1~4g/mL1∶1混合药液表现为敏感,5g/mL1∶1混合药液表现为高度敏感.结论:对于金黄色葡萄球菌单药乌梅抑菌效果较泡桐花较强.
Objective: To study the effect on the Black Plum and Paulownia flower combined against to the Staphylococcus aureus in vitro;Methods: The Oxford Cup method and the broth microdilution method were used to determine the water decoction ofBlack Plum 1 And the Paulownia flower decoction 1 ~5g/ml and mixture of two kind of decoction in the same proportion and same concentration is used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIQ , the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) and Drug Sensitivity ofthe Staphylococcus aureus. Results: The experimental results indicated that, in the concentration of 1-5g/mL, the antibacterial ring increased with the increase ofthe concentration oftwo traditional Chinese medicines, plum and paulownia paulownia. The observed experimental fact showed that, the bacteriostatic effect ofthe Black Plum is stronger than that ofthe Paulownia flower. The Black Plum 1~2g/ml was expressed as drug resistance and 3~5g/ml was medium sensitivity. The Paulownia flower l^2g/ml was expressed as medium sensitivity and 3~5g/ml was highly sensitivity. Moreover, the effect of 1:1 mixed liquid medicine (mixture) was between the Black Plum and the Paulownia flower. The 1:1 mixture in the concentration of was expressed as sensitivity while the 1:1 mixture 5g/ml was highly sensitivity. Conclusion To the Staphylococcus aureus (SA) , the effects of antibacterial indicated that the Black Plum was best, the Paulownia flower was second. Furthermore, the Paulownia flower showed antagonistic action on the in vitro bacteriostatic efiect of the Black Plum.
