1064 Nd:YAG激光联合中药湿敷治疗面部中重度痤疮疗效观察

1064 Nd:YAG laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of moderate to severe acne

目的观察1064Nd:YAG激光联合中药湿敷治疗面部中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法观察组采用七味消痘汤加1064 Nd:YAG激光照射加透明质酸凝胶敷料外敷于面部皮肤。间隔2周治疗1次,激光治疗3次为1个疗程,期间每日使用透明质酸凝胶敷料3次,中药方剂湿敷1次。对照组使用1064 Nd:YAG激光治疗,间隔2周治疗1次,激光治疗3次为1个疗程,期间每日使用透明质酸凝胶敷料3次。结果观察组患者治疗过程中干燥、红肿不适等症状明显减轻,3个月复发率低于对照组。结论 1064 Nd:YAG激光联合中药湿敷治疗面部中重度痤疮的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 1064 Nd:YAG laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods The observation group was treated with 1064 Nd:YAG laser every two weeks, three times as a course of treatment, in the meantime the patients were given hyaluronic acid gel dressing three times a day and Chinese medicine prescription wet compress once a day. The control group was only treated with hyaluronic acid gel dressing three times a day after 1064Nd:YAG laser treatment and the treatment interval was also two weeks, and three times as a course of treatment. Results The symptoms of dry, red and swelling discomfort occurred in the observation group were obviously reduced, and the recurrence rate in three months was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of 1064 Nd:YAG laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of moderate to severe acne is remarkable.
