摘要
近年研究显示,白癜风是一种皮肤黏膜色素脱失性自身免疫相关性疾病。Toll样受体主要通过识别病原相关分子模式感知病原微生物及其产物引起反应,是先天免疫及适应性免疫应答中均起到关键作用的模式识别受体。近年来,Toll样受体与白癜风的关系备受重视,该文就Toll样受体的结构与配体、信号传导途径、以及其与白癜风的相关性作一综述。
Recent studies have shown that vitiligo is an autoimmune-related disease that can cause depigmentation of skin and mucosa. Toll-like receptors(TLRs) play a key role in innate and adaptive immune, which responses by recognizing pathogen-related molecular patterns to perceive pathogenic microorganisms and their products. In recent years, the relationship between TLRs and vitiligo has been paid more attention. This article reviews the structure, ligand and signal transduction pathway of TLRs and its relationship with pathogenesis of vitiligo.
