本文通过对公共艺术政策的基本模式进行概要梳理,分别对具有代表性国家的公共艺术政策内容做综合考察,对公共艺术与文化政策环境之间的关联、保障、促进、调节等作用关系进行阐述,为公共艺术与社会环境间的互动运行提供理论参照。

This paper summarizes the basic modes of public art policy and makes a comprehensive study of the contents of public art policy in representative countries. It also expounds the relationship between public art and cultural policy environment, such as the relationship, guarantee, promotion and adjustment. It provides a theoretical reference for the interaction between public art and social environment.
