随着肿瘤分子生物学理论研究的深入,分子靶向治疗已成为癌症诊治的风向标。近年来,针对非小细胞肺癌(non—small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者EGFR基因19外显子、21外显子的缺失突变[1],人表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(epidermal growth factor receptortyrosine kinase inhibitors,EGFR—TKIs)相继问世,明显提升了NSCLC的疗效[2-5]。
