摘要
目的:探讨瑜伽对肥胖女大学生身体形态、体成分和心肺功能指标的影响,为肥胖女大学生改善肥胖状况和提高体质健康水平提供理论支持.方法:在滁州职业技术学院选取一、二年级60名肥胖女大学生,随机分为实验组和对照组各30人,对照组维持正常生活习惯,实验组进行为期16周的瑜伽干预锻炼,并进行瑜伽锻炼实验前后身体形态、体成分和心肺等相关指标测量.结果:经过16周瑜伽锻炼干预后,实验组30名肥胖女大学生体重、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰臀比等指标均降低,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为17.73,19.78,16.69,16.29,5.58,P值均﹤0.01);肺活量、肺活量体重比指标均上升,800米指标降低,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-12.28,-14.40,6.26,P值均﹤0.01).结论:瑜伽锻炼对改善肥胖女大学生的身体形态、体成分和心肺功能具有良好效果.
Objective:To explore the effects of yoga on body shape,body composition and cardiopulmonary function of obese female college students,and to provide theoretical support for improving obesity and physical health of obese female college students.Methods:60 obese female college students in Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group.The control group maintained normal living habits.The experimental group was given 16 weeks of yoga intervention exercise,and the related indexes such as body shape,body composition and heart and lung were measured before and after yoga exercise.Quantity.Results:After 16 weeks of yoga exercise intervention,the body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and other indicators of 30 obese female college students in the experimental group were decreased,with significant differences(t values were 17.73,19.78,16.69,16.29,5.58,P <0.01),lung capacity and lung capacity weight ratio indicators were increased,respectively.The index of 800 meters decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(t values were-12.28,-14.40,6.26,P < 0.01).Conclusion:Yoga exercise has a good effect on improving the body shape,body composition and cardiopulmonary function of obese female college students.
