探讨护理干预对高原地区胃癌化疗患者心理及依从性的影响

To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on psychological and compliance of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy in plateau area

目的:探讨护理干预对高原地区胃癌化疗患者心理及依从性的影响.方法:本次研究主要通过对比护理的方式展开,样本为我院在2017年1月至12月所接诊157例胃癌患者,随机抽取组内80例,单方面给予常规护理,即对照组,余下77例则需开展护理干预,即观察组.对护理效果间差异加以分析.结果:经过统计可以发现,在SDS(抑郁自评量表)、SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分以及治疗依从性、护理满意度评分等方面,观察组均表现出显著优势,P<0.05.结论:对高原地区胃癌患者,在化疗过程中开展有效护理干预,可针对其心理状态加以改善,并提升其治疗依从性.

To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on psychological and compliance of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy in plateau area.Methods:This study was mainly carried out by means of comparative nursing.The samples were 157 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2017.80 patients were randomly selected from the group and given routine care,that is,the control group.The remaining 77 patients required nursing intervention,that is,the observation group.Analyze differences in care outcomes.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the observation group had significant advantages in SDS(Self-rating Depression Scale),SAS(Self-rating Anxiety Scale)score,as well as treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction score,P< 0.05.Conclusion:For patients with gastric cancer in Plateau area,effective nursing intervention in the process of chemotherapy can improve their psychological state and enhance their treatment compliance.
