摘要
美国《教材评价工具》的评价指标分为"不可协商标准"和"一致性标准"两类,并与《共同核心州立标准》的"关键转变"建立对应关系,以使教材评价标准做到"基于课程标准";在评价程序上要求评价者对被评价教材做出的每一项评定都要提供相应的例证作为证据,以体现"基于证据"的要求。美国的经验启示我们不仅要建立、健全教材评价工具,形成基于证据的教材评价程序,而且要通过教材评价工具引导教材建设合目的性发展。
Instructional Materials Evaluation Tool(IMET) ‘s indicators are divided into two types,"NonNegotiable Criteria" and "Alignment Criteria", and establish a corresponding relationship with the "key shifts" of the Common Core State Standards, so that Instructional Materials Evaluation Tool can be "based on curriculum standards";In the evaluation process, the evaluator is required to provide evidence for each evaluation of the textbook. The American experience has inspired us, first of all, to establish and improve the textbooks evaluation tools;Secondly, to form the textbooks evaluation procedure based on evidence;Thirdly,we should guide the textbooks construction and the purposeful development through the textbooks evaluation tool.
