腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术与常规无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的疗效对比

Comparison of the efficacy of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal patch implantation and conventional tension-free hernia repair in patients with inguinal hernia

目的对比分析腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术与常规无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的疗效。方法选取江阴市第五人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患者142例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各71例。观察组采用腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗,对照组采用常规无张力疝修补术治疗。对比2组手术指标、术后情况、并发症发生率及治疗前后生活质量变化。结果观察组术中出血量、术后住院时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)均优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组手术时间与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与常规无张力疝修补术相比,腹腔镜完全腹膜外补片植入术治疗腹股沟疝患者可改善手术效果,促进术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoseopic total extraperitoneal patch implantation and conventional tension-free hernia repair in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 142 inguinal hernia patients who were admitted into the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiangyin were divided into two groups (n =71)according to random number ta- ble.The control group received conventional tension-free hernia repair,while the observation group underwent laparoscopic complete peritoneal patch implantation.Then,both groups were compared for surgical indicators,postoperative condi- tions,the incidence of complications and quality of life before and after treatment.Results The observation group showed remarkably improved blood loss,hospitalization stay and VAS score compared with the control group (P <0.01 ).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P >0.05 ).The incidence of complication was markedly lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group reported higher scores of quality of life than the control group (P <0.01 ).Conclusions Compared with conventional tension-free hernia repair,laparoscopic total extraperitoneal patch implantation can improve the surgical efficacy of inguinal hernia patients, promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
