摘要
采用以沉淀浮渣池-调节池为预处理、2段SBR为主体工艺的生猪屠宰废水处理工程,处理规模为700 m^3/d。介绍了工艺流程、工艺设计特点,以及主要处理构筑物及设施的设计参数。实际运行结果表明,在进水的COD、BOD_5和SS、NH_3^-N的质量浓度分别为1 857~2 232 mg/L、936~1 124 mg/L和956~1 082、87~108 mg/L时,出水相应分别为26~39 mg/L、5.6~8.5 mg/L和14~18、4.8~7.3 mg/L,符合DB 21/1627-2008表1的要求。处理费用1.297元/m^3,年处理量256×10~3m^3,年削减COD 498.2 t、BOD_5 82.12 t、SS 25.0 t、NH_3^-N 23.5 t。
A pig slaughtering wastewater treatment project with sedimentation scum tank-regulating tank as pretreatment and two-stage SBR as main process was used, the treatment scale was 700 m^3/d. A process flow and process design features were introduced, and the design parameters of the main treatment structures and facilities were summarized well. The actual operation results showed that, when the mass concentrations of COD, BOD5 and mass concentration of SS, NH3-N in the influent was 1 857~2 232 mg/L, 936~1 124 mg/L and 956~1 082 mg/L, 87~108 mg/L respectively, and in effluent was26~39 mg/L, 5.6~8.5 mg/L and 14~18 mg/L, 4.8~7.3mg/L respectively, which met the requirements in Table 1 of DB 21/1627-2008. The treatment cost was 1.297 yuan/m^3, annual treatment capacity was 256×10^3m^3, annual decrease of COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N was 498.2 t, 82.12 t, 25.0 t and 23.5t respectively.
