智能制造环境下产业联盟制造资源配置的评价方法

Research on Evaluation Method of Industrial Alliances Manufacturing Resource Allocation in Intelligent Manufacturing

为解决智能制造环境下产业联盟企业间资源配置调度优化的问题,在充分考虑制造服务需求方、提供方、平台运营方的利益的基础上,提出了一种高效智能的产业联盟服务平台资源配置方法以及评价指标。平台由感知层通过传输层向服务平台提供设备资源、人力资源、技术资源等信息,通过资源配置评价方法将联盟企业的资源根据任务进行筛选,并通过遗传算法求解选出最佳满足单元任务平衡率、成本、质量、服务等多目标的最优组合。

In order to solve the problem of optimizing the allocation of resources among enterprises in the industry alliance,this paper puts forward a resource allocation method of an efficient and intelligent industry alliance serviee platform and the evaluation index to win-win cooperation on the basis of fully considering the interests of the manufacturing service among demand side,the provider and the platform.The platform provides equipment resources, human resources,technical resources including equipment proeessing capacity,equipment planning,standard working hours and other information get by the sensing layer and transfer through the transport layer to the service platform.By using the resource allocation evaluation method,the resources of the affiliated to the enterprise are selected according to the task,and the optimal combination of the multi-objeetive satisfying the unit task balance rate,cost,quality and service and solve the problem by genetic algorithm.
