井字形纸箱隔板供给装置设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 在包装机械领域,井字形纸箱隔板大多数采用人工方式装箱,其自动化供给对纸箱隔板自动化装箱有着重要指导意义。通过对人工装箱动作的研究与分析,纸箱隔板的供给需要自动送料和成形两个步骤。提出了一种基于摩擦的单边牵引成形的方法,设计了一台井字形纸箱隔板供给装置,包括自重力送料模块、气动压料模块以及机械夹爪式成形模块,能够完成纸箱隔板的自动送料和成形动作,从而为自动化装箱做准备。此外,利用Solid Works 2016软件对其中的关键部件进行了有限元分析与多目标优化设计。通过对原理样机的试验,其结果表明所设计的原理样机可以有效的供给完全展开状态的纸箱隔板。 In the field of packaging machinery,most of well-shaped carton partitions are manually boxed,and its automatic supply has significant guide for theautomatic packing of carton partition.Through the research and analysis of the manual packing movements,automatic feeding and forming are required in supply of carton,partition.This paper proposes h friction-based unilateral traction forming method and designs as well as a well-shaped carton partition supply device,which includes self-gravity feeding module,pneumatic pressure module and mechanical jaw forming module.The device can complete the automatic feeding and forming of the.carton partition,thus preparing it for automatic packing.What's more,the finite element analysis and multi-objective optimization design for the key components is conducted by SolidWorks 2016 software.Through the test of the prototype,the results show that the designed prototype can effectively supply the fully unfolded carton partition.
