摘要
目的对2015-2017年绵竹市医疗机构消毒质量监测结果进行分析,找出消毒卫生工作中存在薄弱环节,提出改进措施为预防和控制医院感染事件的发生提供参考依据。方法对绵竹市各级医疗机构消毒质量监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2015-2017年监测合格率分别是98. 06%、99. 42%和99. 14%,不同年度之间合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=12. 39,P <0. 01);各级医疗机构合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=133. 25,P <0. 01);所有监测项目中使用消毒剂三年监测合格率最高均为100. 00%,其次是医务人员手和物体表面合格率分别为99. 66%和99. 57%,医院污水的合格率最低仅为88. 57%,各监测项目合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=223. 64,P<0. 01)。结论绵竹市医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,但个体诊所的消毒质量及医院污水的处理尚存在薄弱环节,需加强消毒卫生监测和技术指导,加大监督力度。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of disinfection quality in the medical institutions of Mianzhu city from 2015 to 2017,to find out the weakness in the work of disinfection,and to provide the basis for improvement measures to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infection events.Methods The monitoring results of the decontamination in the various medical facilities of Mianzhu city were statistic anaysized.Results The monitor pass rate was 98.06%,99.42% and 99.14% from 2015 -2017,the difference of pass rates between different years was statistically significant (x^2 =12.39,P <0.01 );The difference of qualifi P <0.01 );During ed rate between medical institutions at all levels was statistically significant (x^2 =133.25, the three years monitoring,the highest qualification rate-was the use of disinfectants which were all 100.00%,and then followed by the medical staff's hands and surfaces,the pass rate was 99.66% and 99.57%respectively,and the lowest pass rate was hospital sewage which was only 88.57%,all the differences between monitoring projects were statistically significant (x^2 =223.64,P <0.01 ).Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Mianzhu city is good,but there are still weakness in the disinfection quality of individual clinics and the treatment of hospital sewage,so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of disinfection health and technical guidance,and strengthen the power of supervision.
