成都市红牌楼社区60岁以上老人血脂异常及其与BMI和腰围的关系分析

Dyslipidemia and Its Relationship With BMI and Waist Circumference Among the Elderly Over 60 Years Old in Hongpailou Community in Chengdu

目的调查成都市红牌楼社区60岁以上老人血脂异常的患病率及其与BMI、腰围的关系。方法整群抽取10338名常驻老年人进行健康状况调查,并按性别、年龄等因素分析其血脂异常患病率,并采用χ~2检验和Logistic回归探讨血脂异常与BMI和腰围的关系。结果成都市红牌楼社区60岁以上老人血脂异常率为52. 22%,女性TG、TC和LDL-C水平和异常检出率高于男性(P<0. 01)。随着年龄增加,老人血脂异常检出率降低。肥胖和超重的老年人血脂异常率较高,腹型肥胖的老人血脂异常率高于非腹型肥胖的老人。结论老年人血脂异常存在性别和年龄差异,超重和腹型肥胖是血脂异常的危险因素,血脂异常防控需开展针对性的干预,并重视体重和腰围等指标监测。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dyslipidemia and its relationship with BMI and waist circumference among the elderly over 60 years old in Hongpailou community in Chengdu. Methods A total of10 338 elderly people were surveyed for their health status,the prevalence of dyslipidemia was analyzed by gender and age. The correlation between dyslipidemia and BMI and waist circumference was studied by using χ^2 test and logistic regression. Results The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among elderly people over 60 years old in Hongpailou community was 52. 22%. The levels and prevalence of TG,TC and LDL-C in women were higher than that in( P < 0. 01). As the age increased, the prevalence of dyslipidemia in the elderly decreased. The prevalence of dyslipidemia was higher in obese and overweight elderly people,the prevalence of dyslipidemia in elderly people with abdominal obesity was higher than that in non-abdominal obesity. Conclusion Prevalence of dyslipidemia was different in the elderly people of different genders and ages,overweight and abdominal obesity were the risk factors for dyslipidemia. The prevention and control of dyslipidemia requires targeted interventions and attention to monitoring of indicators such as weight and waist circumference.
