作业疗法可提高脑卒中患者的自我效能及肢体功能

Improvement of Self-efficacy and Limb Function of Stroke Patients by Occupational Therapy

为观察作业疗法对脑卒中患者自我效能及肢体功能恢复的影响,本研究选取2016年3月至2017年4月在本院治疗的脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予作业疗法。观察两组患者治疗前后自我效能、肢体功能、生活质量和细胞因子水平的差异。研究发现,两组患者治疗前肢体功能、自我效能、生活质量和细胞因子水平无差别,治疗后,观察组患的FMA、STEF评分、自我效能和生活质量评分均高于对照组,IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平均低于对照组。本研究的结论说明,作业疗法对脑卒中患者有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的自我效能和肢体功能,提高患者的生活质量,具有良好的临床推广价值。

To observe the effect of occupational therapy on self-efficacy and limb function recovery of stroke patients, this study selected the stroke patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 as the research subjects. And they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment methods. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given occupational therapy on this basis. The differences of self-efficacy, limb function, quality of life and cytokine levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. It was showed that there was no difference in the limb function, self-efficacy, quality of life and cytokine levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the scores of FMA and STEF, self-efficacy and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF-α were lower than those of the control group. It could be indicated in this study that occupational therapy might have good therapeutic effect on stroke patients. Occupational therapy could obviously improve the self-efficacy, limb function and quality of life of patients, which might have good clinical promotion value.
