摘要
电费催费信息推送是供电企业与用电客户联系的重要窗口,也是供电企业保障电费及时回收,降低电费回收风险的重要举措。但当前电费催费信息推送存在推送方式单一、推送失败率高、缺乏差异化推送策略应用等问题,导致信息推送未完全发挥应有效果。通过对当前催费信息推送现状进行诊断分析,充分利用信息系统存储的海量客户缴费数据,按照缴费方式和欠费次数维度对客户进行分群。在此基础上研究制定了差异化的电费催费信息推送策略,可有效提高催费信息推送效果,促进电费及时回收。
the information push of electricity bills is an important window for the power supply enterprises to connect with customers,and it is also an important measure to ensure the timely recovery of electricity and electricity and reduce the risk of energy recovery. However,there are problems such as single push mode,high failure rate and lack of differentiated push strategy application,which leads to the failure of information push. Through the diagnosis analysis of the present condition of the rush fee information push,make full use of the information system to store massive amounts of customer data capture expends,carried out in accordance with the payment methods and the number of owe the dimensions of customer group. Based on this,the research and development of the differential charging information push strategy can effectively improve the push effect of charging information,and promote the timely recovery of electricity bills.
