五运六气理论在双相情感障碍诊疗中的应用及思考

Application and thinking of Five Circuits and Six Qi in the diagnosis and treatment of bipolar disorder

双相情感障碍是一种常见的精神疾病,其临床表现纷繁复杂。西医学对双相情感障碍发病的认识不够完善,影响了临床诊疗的发展,使得双相情感障碍的复发率、误诊率、致残率居高不下。本文借助五运六气理论,从"天人相应"角度分析双相情感障碍的病因病机,认为双相情感障碍的反复发作是由于人体不能适应自然界阴阳的运行规律,使自身阴阳的动态平衡失调所致,提出从"个人体质"和"自然气候"两个角度把握双相情感障碍的预防和治疗,为双相情感障碍的临床诊疗提供新的思路。

Bipolar disorder is a common mental illness with complex clinical manifestations. The Western medicine has not fully understood the ill of bipolar disorder,making the recurrence rate,misdiagnosis rate and disability rate of bipolar disorder high,which has affected the whole development of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Based on the theory of five circuits and six qi,this paper will analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of bipolar disorder from the perspective of "correspondence between man and nature"and believe that the recurrent episodes of bipolar disorder are due to the damage of the balance in the Yin-Yang between human and nature. This paper propose to grasp the prevention and treatment strategies of bipolar disorder from the perspectives of "individual endowment"and "Seasonal climate",and will provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bipolar disorder.
