王永炎院士诊治帕金森病学术思想探析

Academic thoughts of academician Wang Yongyan for diagnosing and treatment of Parkinson's disease

帕金森病是中老年人中枢神经系统变性疾病,中医古籍中无此病名,根据症状表现,可将帕金森病归属于中医"老年颤证"。王永炎教授认为本病本虚标实,病机复杂,本虚为发病基础,标实为发病依据,内风为发病动因,治疗当以熄风、化痰、活血为通则,兼以解毒,固本培元缓图收功,疗效显著。

Parkinson’s disease is the central nervous system degenerative disease in the elderly,and there is no name in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the clinical symptoms,Parkinson’s disease can be identified as Vibration Syndrome in TCM. Professor Wang Yongyan thinks that vibration syndrome’s pathogenic character is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and the pathological mechanisms is complicated. This deficiency in origin is the basis,excess in superficiality is the foundation,endogenous wind is the onset of drivers. Therapeutic principle for expelling wind,eliminating phlegm promoting blood circulation,detoxification and strengthening root and culturing original qi showed a effect significantly in treatment.
