电离辐射致男性生殖损伤的中医病机

Chinese medicine pathogenisis of male reproductive injury caused by ionizing radiation

男性生殖系统对射线高度敏感,射线可导致睾丸结构、功能损伤,引发男性生精功能与性功能障碍,进而导致男性暂时或永久性不育。近年来,人们发现有些中药及方剂对电离辐射所导致的生殖系统损伤有一定的防护作用,但缺乏对其背后中医机制的探讨。本文结合电离辐射的中医病因学特点,运用中医理论探讨辐射导致生殖系统损伤的中医病机,认为基病机为:肾气亏虚、生精乏源,脾失健运、生精乏源,毒邪炽盛、耗气伤阴,以期为中医药的临床及科研提供参考。

Male reproductive system is highly sensitive to ionizing radiation,which causes damage to testicular structure and function,therefore leads to male spermatogenic function and sexual dysfunction,and then results in temporary or permanent male infertility. In recent years,it has been found that some Chinese herbal medicines and prescriptions have certain protective effects on the injured reproductive system by ionizing radiation. Based on the theory of Chinese medicine,we analyze the pathogenesis of this problem,combining with the etiological characteristics of ionizing radiation in Chinese medicine. We hope this paper could be a reference to the clinical and scientific research.
