一测多评法同时测定健骨注射液中3种黄酮类成分的含量

Determination of 3 flavonoids in Jiangu injection by quantitative analysis of multi-component by single marker

目的建立同时测定健骨注射液中3种黄酮类成分含量的一测多评法。方法采用高效液相色谱,以夏佛塔苷为内标,测定其与维采宁-2、维采宁-3的相对校正因子,计算含量,并用外标法进行验证。结果各相对校正因子重复性良好,一测多评法测定结果与外标法测定结果无显著差异。结论一测多评法操作简便,结果准确,可用于健骨注射液的质量评价。

Objective To quantitatively analyze 3 flavonoids in Jiangu injection with multi-component by single-marker(QAMS) method. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed to determine vicenin-2, vicenin-3 and schaftoside in Jiangu injection. Schaftoside was used as the internal reference standard, and relative correction factors(RCF) of vicenin-2 and vicenin-3 were established(1.09 and 1.08). The content of the flavonoids in Jiangu injection was determined by QAMS and validated by the external standard method. Results RCF values were determined by HPLC with good reproducibility. There was no significant difference between the quantitative results of QAMS and those of external standard method. Conclusion QAMS is a simple and accurate method for the quality control of Jiangu injection.
