临床药师通过参与1例孕21周先兆流产患者的治疗过程,根据患者的具体临床特点和治疗需求,协助医师制定联合应用宫缩抑制剂的给药方案,探讨特殊先兆流产患者治疗过程中应用宫缩抑制剂的安全性及药学监护的工作重点,并实施全程化药学监护,实时监测其不良反应。临床药师在药物治疗学方面给予临床医师和患者不可或缺的帮助,取得了良好的效果,且无药品不良事件(ADE)发生,提高了药物治疗水平。

Clinical pharmacists participated in the monitoring of combined use of tocolytics therapy for a 21-week pregnancy women with threatened abortion, and assisted doctors to establish characteristic treatment based on the needs of the patient. We suggested combined use of uterine contraction inhibitors, provided full pharmaceutical care, and avoided adverse drug events. The individualized drug treatment scheme and drug monitoring by clinical pharmacists are indispensable for clinicians and patients.
