利奈唑胺致高龄患者血小板减少的病例分析

Case analysis of thrombocytopenia in elderly patients caused by linazolamine

探讨输注利奈唑胺引起高龄患者血小板减少的药学监护。通过参与1例高龄患者使用利奈唑胺治疗颅内感染后出现血小板减少的治疗过程,协助医师调整抗菌药物的使用。治疗17 d后,患者血小板恢复正常。在临床上应用利奈唑胺时,尤其对高龄、基础疾病复杂、肝肾功能不全的患者,使用该药时更应提高警惕。一旦出现血小板减少,应立即停药,如有需要,应添加对症治疗药物,保障患者的用药安全。

To discuss the pharmaceutical care for thrombocytopenia in elderly patients caused by linazolamine. By participating in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by linazolamide after intracranial infection in an elderly patient, pharmacists assisted the physician in adjusting the use of antibacterial drugs. After 17 days of treatment, the patient’s platelet returned to normal. Clinical application of linazolamide, especially for elderly patients with complicated diseases and liver and kidney function, should be more vigilant. In case of thrombocytopenia, the drug should be stopped immediately. If necessary, symptomatic drugs should be used to ensure the safety of patients.
