我校临床药学专业人才培养模式初探

Talent cultivation model of clinical pharmaceutical professionals in our university

我国临床药学教育起步较晚,《临床药学》专业教育的课程体系尚未系统形成,课程相关设置也无统一模板,除此之外,我国开设的临床药学专业的医药院校较少,缺乏可借鉴的成熟经验。本文从药学课程群、生物医学课程群和人文素质课程群为一体的临床药学专业的课程群方面进行一些大胆的探索,并从培养应用型人才的实践教学模式、重构临床药学核心课程和毕业实习考核评价体系等方面进行探讨,以期建立完整和清晰的人才培养体系,使其符合地方特色应用型临床药学人才培养目标的要求。

Clinical pharmacy education in China started relatively late, the professional curriculum system of clinical pharmacy education has not yet been formed systematically, and there is no unified model for curriculum setting. In addition, there are few medical colleges and universities offering clinical pharmacy specialty in China, lacking mature experience for reference. This paper makes some bold explorations in the course group of clinical pharmacy specialty, which integrates pharmacy course group, biomedicine course group and humanistic quality course group. It also discusses the practical teaching model of cultivating applied talents, reconstructing the core course of clinical pharmacy and the evaluation system of graduation practice, with a view to establishing a complete and clear talent training system and making it conform to the requirements of clinical pharmacy specialty. It meets the requirements of the training objectives of applied clinical pharmacy talents with local characteristics.
