空中转运绿色通道在医疗保障工作中的应用

Application of Air Transport Green Passage in Medical Assurance Work

目的初步探讨空中转运绿色通道的建立与实施。方法回顾2014年1月-2018年1月航天中心医院空中转运9例患者,制定了转运前病情风险评估、充分人员及设备准备、评估转运途中飞行环境对病情的影响、严密观察患者病情变化及紧急医疗处置、接诊医院绿色通道的建立等一系列措施。结果9例患者均安全抵达目的地,元不良事件发生,经治疗最终好转出院。结论空中转运前的准备工作,转运途中的保障工作及到达目的地的交接工作,降低了患者的危险因素,提高了抢救成活率。

Objective To investigate the establishment and implementation of the green transit route.Methods From January 2014 to January 2018,nine patients underwent air transport in the Space Center Hospital.The risk assessment,adequacy of personnel and equipment preparation were made before the transit,and the_impact of the flight environment on the disease was evaluated.The changes of the patients"condition and Emergency medical treatment,admissions hospital green channel and a series of measures.Results All 9 patients arrived safely at their destination without any adverse events and were eventually discharged after treatment.Conclusion The preparatory work before air transport,the safeguards work in transit and the handover to the destination reduce the risk factors of patients and improve the survival rate of the rescue.
