摘要
目的通过对寒冷作业环境下军人进行疲劳状态的问卷调查,了解寒区军人的疲劳状况,并探讨其影响因素,为制订有效的干预措施,迅速恢复军人精神状态提供参考。方法采用整群抽样抽取长期处于我国高寒区(黑龙江和内蒙古)军人124名作为观察组,抽取天津市军人132名作为对照组,对两组军人疲劳状态进行中文版多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)问卷调查。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析,不同维度得分采用(-x±s)形式表达,比较采用t检验。结果①寒区组军人的体力疲劳、脑力疲劳和疲劳总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。②不同军龄、入伍前户籍、军人类别对于寒区军人体力疲劳、脑力疲劳、疲劳总分有影响。军龄越长,疲劳状态越明显;城市兵体力疲劳明显高于农村兵,战士体力疲劳高于军官,而军官的脑力疲劳高于战士。结论寒冷环境对于军人的疲劳状态有影响;军龄越长,疲劳状态越明显;农村兵比城市兵更适应军事训练和作战任务;军官脑力疲劳严重,而战士体力疲劳状态更明显,说明两类不同类别军人训练及作战任务内容不同,需采取针对性措施。
Objective To investigate the situation of fatigue in cold area among the Chinese Armed Police officers and soldiers and to explore the influencing factors thereof.Methods 124 Chinese Armed Police officers and soldiers stationed in Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region (observation group)and 132 armed police officers and soldiers stationed in Tianjin (contrl group)were collected by cluster sampling to undergo questionnaire survey with Multidimensional Fatigue Scale (MFI-20).Results The scores of physical fatique and mental fatique of the officers and soldiers with the length of military service >3 years were both sigificantly higher than those of the officers and soldiers with the length of military service <3 years (both P <0.05).The score of physical fatique of the armed policemen coming fi'om city was significantly higher than that of the armed'policemen coming from cointryside (P <0.05).The score of physical fatique of the soldiers was significantly higher than that of the officers (P <0.05),and the score of mental fatique of the officers was significantly higher than that of the soldiers (P <0.05).Conclusion The fatique status of the armed policemen in cold area is worse than that of the armed policemen in warm area.The degree of fatique increases along with the length of military service.The degrees of physical fatique of the armed policemen coining from city is higher than that of the armed policemen coming from countryside.
