摘要
利用ANSYS14.0对汽车充气轮胎与地面接触部分进行有限元分析,利用流体静压单元研究出轮胎在滚动过程中,轮胎内空气与轮胎之间既流体和固体之间的耦合变化情况,得出不同时刻的位移图和等效应力云图。找出轮胎本体最大等效应力发生的地方。其分析结果对汽车轮胎、轮毂的设计提供了一定的理论依据。
The finite element analysis of the part for pneumatic tire contact with the ground using ANSYS14.0,The coupling between the air in the tire and the air in the tire during rolling is studied by using fluid Static pressure unit,The displacement and equivalent stress cloud maps at different times are obtained.the maximum equivalent stress of tire body was founded out.The analysis results provide theoretical basis for the design of automobile tires and wheels.
