乡村振兴视野下的毕节试验区美丽乡村建设

Beautiful Rural Construction in Bijie Experimental Area from the Perspective of Rural evitalization

十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴作为新农村建设的升级版,事关全面建成小康社会,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴,美丽乡村建设作为乡村振兴的应有之义,在乡村振兴战略中具有重要意义。毕节试验区绝大多数行政区域都在农村,且绝大多数农村处于贫困落后现状,可见推进毕节试验区美丽乡村建设既有重要意义,又面临诸多问题,所以,笔者针对这些问题提出了要正确处理好的关系,并对毕节试验区美丽乡村建设助推毕节试验区乡村振兴战略作了几点思考。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress put forward the strategy of rural revitalization. As an upgraded version of the new rural construction,rural revitalization is related to building a well-off society in an all-round way and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As the proper meaning of rural revitalization,beautiful rural construction is of great significance in the strategy of rural revitalization. The majority of administrative regions in Bijie experimental area are in the countryside,and the rural areas are poverty and backwardness. It can be seen that promoting the construction of beautiful countryside in Bijie experimental area has both important significance and many problems. Therefore,the author put forward the relationship to deal with these problems correctly,and made some thoughts on the strategy of promoting rural revitalization by beautiful rural construction in Bijie experimental area.
